If you are a fan of Sid Meier's Civilization series or sci-fi strategy games in general, you should definitely check out Sid Meier's Civilization: Beyond Earth Rising Tide [v 1.1.2.4035 2 DLC] (2014) PC RePack by xata. It is a fun and challenging game that will keep you hooked for hours as you explore, expand, exploit, and exterminate on a new planet.
One of the most notable features of Sid Meier's Civilization: Beyond Earth Rising Tide is the new aquatic gameplay. Players can now build floating cities that can move across the water and harvest resources from the sea floor. Aquatic cities have different advantages and disadvantages compared to land-based ones, such as being more vulnerable to naval attacks but having more flexibility and mobility. Aquatic cities also have unique buildings and districts that can boost their production, culture, science, or health.
The expansion also introduces new hybrid affinities, which are combinations of the existing affinities: Harmony, Supremacy, and Purity. Hybrid affinities allow players to customize their faction's ideology and unlock new units and upgrades that reflect their mixed values. For example, a player who chooses a Harmony-Supremacy hybrid affinity can create a Xenoswarm, a unit that consists of cybernetically enhanced alien creatures. Hybrid affinities also affect the appearance and personality of the faction leaders, as well as their diplomatic relations with other factions.

The diplomatic system in Sid Meier's Civilization: Beyond Earth Rising Tide has been revamped to make it more dynamic and interactive. Players can now use a new currency called Diplomatic Capital to trade, bribe, or coerce other factions. Diplomatic Capital can be earned by completing quests, building wonders, or fulfilling agreements with other factions. Diplomatic Capital can also be spent on various benefits, such as boosting one's own economy, culture, or military, or sabotaging another faction's progress. Additionally, players can now influence the global agenda by proposing or voting on resolutions that affect all factions.
